“When I asked the gynaecologist at my ultrasound scan five years ago at 12 weeks pregnant whether it was a boy or a girl, she looked at me as if I was from another planet. She said it was quite an inappropriate question to ask at this stage of pregnancy, because she said she would have to have a miracle ball. The great news for moms-to-be is that this is in the past.”
